AUTOMATIC HOME MONITORING SYSTEM

AIM:

           The main aim of this project is monitoring of smart home remotely and providing security when the user is away from the home.

PURPOSE:

              The Purpose of this project is to provide controlling of home appliances remotely and will also enable home security against instruction in the absence of home owner by using GSM and zigbee technologies.

Description:

                  This paper proposes to investigate a cost effective solution that will provide controlling of home appliances remotely and will also enable home security against instruction in the absence of home owner. The motivation is to facilitate the users to automate their homes having ubiquitous. This paper proposes a system that allows user to be control home appliances ubiquitously and also provide security on detection of intrusionvia SMS using GSM.

          It provides flexible and comfortable services for the home owner both insideandoutside the home. The services of the system consist of the ability of the owner to control and monitor the status of the home appliances and devices remotely. Such devices may be an air conditioner, a lighting system, an alarm system, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, entertainment devices medical devices, or electronics systemsfor special needs.Base on a query SMS, the result will be lookup from a database and returned to the sender via SMS. User can control and monitor the home electricaldevice from office by computer or by SMS on mobile phone. HARDWARE USED:
